Need Help - I was blocked?

I've been using the service for a few days and was enjoying it. Suddenly today while trying to do the collect free coins method, it showed cloudflare and said I've been blocked? Now I can't access my server, file, etc. Can't even log in. Where can I get help with this? I would also like to know why I was blocked.

EDIT: I am now unblocked. What exactly happend? I don't want it to happen again.

At the time, I was messing with the rate-limiting settings to protect us from attacks. You shouldn't run into this anymore, and it will only block you for 10 seconds.
