Go to the control panel.
Select your server by clicking the "manage server" button.
Click the "Backups" tab at the top.
Click the "Create Backup" button to make your backup.
Name the backup whatever you like, the description is optional and then you can select "Start Backup".
If you want to restore to this backup just click the three dots and hit "Restore Backup".
